1. Who owns what

QS Kingdom, Arcana, the Quarterly Sequence tools, their code, design, text, images, audio, predictions and data (together, “the Service”) belong to QS Kingdom and are protected by copyright. Using the Service doesn’t transfer any of these rights to you.

2. Your membership

Your membership is personal. You get a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own trading study, on up to the number of devices your plan allows. Don’t share your login.

3. What is not allowed

• Scraping, crawling, mirroring or bulk-downloading any part of the Service, by hand or with bots, scripts or browser extensions.
• Copying or cloning the Service, its layout, code or content, or publishing a look-alike site or app.
• Using any part of the Service to train, fine-tune, test or feed artificial-intelligence or machine-learning systems, or to build datasets.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling or extracting the prediction logic, except where the law allows it.
• Reselling, republishing or redistributing members-only content, including screenshots or recordings of Arcana.
• Getting around the device limit, access controls, rate limits or other security measures.

4. How we protect the Service

We use technical measures to detect copying, including access logs, rate limits, bot filtering, unique markers in our content and per-account trace codes in members-only pages. Copies found online may be compared with the original.

5. If these terms are broken

We may suspend or close the account without refund, remove access on all devices, and take legal action, including takedown notices to hosts and search engines.

6. Not financial advice

Everything in the Service is for education and research. It is not financial advice. Trading involves risk, and you are responsible for your own decisions.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; continuing to use the Service means you accept the current version. Questions: contact the QS Kingdom admin through the app.
